Shipping Policy

General Information

Orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock at the time you order it, we will notify you. If you wish to wait for the product, we will ship it to you once we receive it at Norbec. However, if you prefer to cancel your order, we will refund the total amount of your order, according to the original method of payment.

Place of delivery

Items offered on our website can only be shipped to addresses in Canada. We also accept orders from customers in all countries who have their items shipped to a Canadian address only. Delivery outside of Canada is only available by phone or email (pieces@norbec.com or at 1 877 667-2321 # 232.)

Delivery time

The majority of orders will be shipped within 24 hours. An order received after noon may not be shipped the same day. Delivery times vary between 1-2 business days (express) and 1-10 business days (standard). Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. There is also the possibility to pick up the product directly on site. Standard delivery times are only estimated and calculated from the shipping date and not from the order date. They are for information purposes only and are subject to acceptance and approval of your order. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. The delivery date may vary depending on the shipping practices of the courier company, the place of delivery, the delivery method and the items ordered. Some items require assembly and may take a few extra days to ship. On each page where these items are found, delivery times will be displayed.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and the shipping method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart and a shipping estimator will be displayed on the shopping cart page. Simply enter the postal code of the shipping address. This is where the shipping cost will be displayed. Additional charges apply for shipping items measuring more than 17'' (height, width or length). You will be informed of these charges, if applicable, on the payment page . Norbec reserves the right to claim additional shipping charges if the package is not claimed by the customer.

Items damaged in transit

Before opening the damaged package, please notify the carrier and take a picture of the package as soon as you receive it. Then, please contact us immediately at pieces@norbec.com or at 1 877 667-2321 # 232.
